Guiding Question: Why is Physical fitness a personal matter?

One's own willingness to look and feel their best has always been a subconscious desire among mankind and my fitness plays a major in this proving accessible. My own physical fitness is completely determined by me just as how I chose to feel about myself. To have it personal would imply I don't compare myself to others or, keep a positive attitude, keep my mind abroad about fitness, and always give my all.

How do some people neglect their health by choosing not to participate in physical activity?

Physical activity actually greatly lessens the risks of falling victim to some of America's leading causes of death. It even became rather relevant that not being physically active was an issue of life and death.  People whom sit at home all day and watch television and play video games could use said time to do something good for themselves and their health.

What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones may be controlled?

Inactivity is one of the factors that can be controlled and it intels avoiding conditions such as obesity. So is high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress and tension. All are health risk factors and all but stress and tension are essentially easy to avoid.

What benefits are gained by exercising?

Physical activity improves one physical appearance and makes one more attractive to his or her peers. It also relieves stress and productively makes use of someone's free time. More importantly, they lessen the factors that could lead to physical ailments gained later or early in life from physical inactivity.

What is the relationship between wellness and personal fitness?

One's own wellness correlates with their physical fitness and only by being physically active can one improve their overall wellness. To do this one only needs to do anything that requires vigorous physical activity from their bodies.

What is a personal fitness program (PFP)?

A personal fitness program is a self assigned schedule that determines what and to when does one engage in their own preset physical exercises. They are made by determining one's own physical ambitions, such as what they want to personally improve and determining which exercises help to achieve it best.
